WARRANTY & CLAIMS
Last Updated: August 20, 2025
At Aircraft Tooling Company (ATC), we are committed to supplying high-quality aviation tooling and equipment designed to meet professional standards. We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we offer the following warranty terms.
1. ATC Pneumatic Tooling – 3-Year Warranty
All pneumatic tooling purchased directly from AircraftTooling.com.au is covered by a 3-year parts and labour warranty for defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
If a qualifying defect occurs during this period, ATC will repair or replace the tool at no cost to you.
Important Notes
-
Wear and tear — including seals, gaskets, and consumable components — is not covered.
-
Shipping costs to and from our facility are the responsibility of the buyer.
-
Buyers must ensure adequate transit insurance — ATC is not liable for loss or damage during transport.
-
Regular preventative maintenance (e.g. oiling, lubrication) must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s handbook. Failure to do so may void warranty coverage.
-
Warranty is non-transferable and becomes void upon resale or transfer of ownership.
2. Other Tooling & External Brands – 12-Month Warranty
All other tooling, including products manufactured by external brands and sold through ATC, are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.
This warranty does not cover:
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Misuse, improper handling, or lack of maintenance
-
Unauthorised modifications or repairs
-
Damage caused by insufficient packaging or lack of transit insurance
For external branded items, the original manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply. Typically, this is 12 months unless otherwise specified.
